It’s so wrong it might just be right.

A man called Liam Bennett has been quietly creating a new foodstuff to blow your minds in a corner of Carmarthenshire in south west Wales.

It’s the sausage/doughnut hybrid you never even knew you wanted. That’s a sausage filled with jam. And it’s called a Dausage *hears choirs of angels singing*.

We’re divided between utter horror and unfathomable thirst (on seeing it for the first time, one person in the office said ‘it looks like a fallopian tube.’)

The list of amazing flavour combinations currently being taste-tested by Liam’s brave family and friends includes:

  • Pork with Strawberry Jam
  • Pork and Beef with Custard
  • Pork with Leek and Blackcurrant Jam
  • Chicken with Raspberry Jam
  • Dausage Rolls
  • Venison with Strawberry Custard
  • Vegetarian with Primula
