Lynda Bellingham tragically lost her battle to cancer aged 66 yesterday, ending an impressive showbiz career spanning five decades.
Rarely out of work, she was known for roles on television, film and stage.
Her film debut came in 1976’s Confessions Of A Driving Instructor, but it was 1983 that saw a 16-year stint for which she would be greatly remembered as The Oxo Mum.
