Andrea McVeigh, 44, says the collision left her in the hospital, and is offering £2,000 for any information leading to the cyclists arrest. A man in a long black coat is seen in the images squirting petrol onto the forecourt, dropping a lit object onto flammable liquid before running away. Luckily a brave member of public quickly ran to the blaze with an fire extinguisher and put it out before it could spread.
