Every dog owner will recognise this look of betrayal Look of betrayal (picture: Twitter/JasmineMilton_ snowdog.guru) Dogs can convey their feelings of betrayal with just a look and this Siberian husky has got it down to a T. There’s the classic game owners play where they pretend to throw the ball and watch as their loyal pet goes in search of the faux find. But owner Jasmine Milton, 18, took it one step further when she tricked Anuko by actually throwing the ball and then catching it herself. Cheeky. Student Jasmine, of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, tweeted snaps showing her Siberian beauty was having none of it. She said: ‘He’s a real character. Despite his very hostile expressions though, […] Read more →

Is this the scariest guard dog of all time?

November 22, 2014 admin No comments

Is this the scariest guard dog of all time? This is one tough pet dog as it chases a burglar out of the bark garden over the fence. The only thing missing from making this into a cliched cartoon scene was that the lap dog did bite off a piece of cloth from the man’s underwear. Caught by the home’s CCTV camera, the burglar (potentially more of a cat person) did not wait to see if the canine’s bite was as bad as its bark. It’s not only small dogs we should reconsider in a home security role, what about this ferocious looking duck: MORE: Cats puking to techno – totally […] Read more →

Yun-Fei told us that although volunteers try their best to re-home stray dogs, over 80, 000 animals are euthanized in Taiwan each year, he explained: ‘The truth is, Taiwan is a small country and the number of animals in […] Read more →

Puppia’s dog umbrella is this season’s must-have doggy accessory This season’s must-have dog accessory (Picture: Caters) Someone’s gone and reinvented the wheel. Well, sort of. Actually they’ve reinvented the umbrella, making it pooch friendly, and it’s just about the best thing we’ve seen all week. Wet dog has to be one of the least attractive smells on the planet, and now thanks to Puppia’s dog umbrella you won’t have to smell it any more. Because the clever design, which is made up of an upside down umbrella with a lead attached, means your pampered pooch will remain dry no matter the weather. Basically, everyone’s a winner.
